14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at jaros.nikolas.pracovni@gmail.com and we'll forward the request to Paddle.
After the 14 days
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from Settings and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Requests outside the window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's Refund Policy.
