Terms of Use

The Safehouse is operated by Nikolas Jaros, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered under a Czech živnostenské oprávnění, IČO 17225001, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The Safehouse is a personal tracking tool. You log your life (habits, journal, weight, food, sleep, workouts, photos, goals), we store it, and you read it back. It is provided for your own personal use.

One person per account. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (c) interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape the service; (d) upload malware; (e) resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

The AI Coach and Weekly Review are pattern-matching software, not a doctor, therapist, or trainer. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not use the app to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about a medical, mental health, or fitness condition without consulting a qualified professional. You are responsible for your prompts, how you act on outputs, and for verifying anything important.

The Safehouse software, design, and branding are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your active plan. You keep ownership of the content you put in; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can cancel at any time from Settings. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence applies.
